Founder Mr. Pradeep Waykole started the journey in 1995, with the believe in constantly reinventing ourselves to overcome the challenges of a dynamic business environment. Special appreciation was made by Hon. Sudhir Joshi (Education Minister of Maharashtra- 1996) for endeavouring superior quality infrastructure of Gram Prabodhini Vidyalaya at Salumbre in Maval.

Nandai Associates is one of the growing and admired Industrial Infrastructure and Maintenance developing company in Pune. We have completed around 4.5 Lakh Sq.Fts. Industrial Projects altogether. Also we have established a strong inventory setup which could accommodate 10 k Sq.Fts. area at a time. With regards to Quality & Time bound schedule completion , we consider it as our " Speciality ".

Our expertise technical team parallely looks after this service.It mainly includes-Machinery Foundations of CNC, Forging & Press Machines , ETP Plant , Re- work related to Shed, Tremix / Epoxy Flooring , Pharma & Chemical Lab Renovation work. Institutional & Spiritual Center Projects

Gram Prabodhini Vidyalaya (Salumbre), Brahmakumari's Vishwa Vidyalaya (Pirangut), Shri Bhairavnath Temple & Shri Ganesh Temple at Nagar are amongst the top projects which are successfully completed by us.

Commercial Project

We have constructed around 9000 Sq.Ft. Commercial Complex of our own in Chinchwad.Apart from this we have developed "Aishwarya Biryani House" restaurant.

Constructing Bunglows & Consultation is again one of our markable strength. Majorly we have executed Bunglow Projects in PCMC area. Apart from it, we also have constructed "Bhalekar Complex (Row Houses) in Talawade area.
